Giving to the Department of Neurology

Our Vision

The brain makes us who we are. Diseases that attack the nervous system — whether suddenly as in stroke, insidiously as in Alzheimer's disease, or with recurrent attacks as in multiple sclerosis — strike at the core of our being.

Our dedicated team of highly-skilled physicians in the Department of Neurology provide state-of-the-art care to patients with disorders of the nervous system including: stroke; brain tumor; Alzheimer’s disease; Parkinson’s disease; epilepsy; multiple sclerosis; sleep disorders and disease of nerve and muscle. Many of these same physicians also lead laboratory or clinical research programs to advance understanding and develop new and better treatments to improve the quality of life and care for those challenged by these conditions.
